How does payment work?

You pay on cargo delivery or when you pick up in store. Order online — pay when you receive or collect your product.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG. For best results, use at least 300 DPI.

How long does delivery take?

Standard cargo delivery is 2–3 business days. For urgent orders, contact us.

Is there extra production time?

For standard orders, printing is fast and fits within the delivery window. Longer production time applies only to very large orders — we will let you know in advance.

Can I create my own design?

Yes! Use our design studio or upload your file when ordering.

Is there a minimum quantity?

It depends on the service. Business cards minimum is 100 pieces, t-shirts — 1 piece.
